ONE Sotheby's exclusive projects Metropica, One Bay Residences, Merrick Manor, Forum Aventura, Aventura Park Square and Turnberry Ocean Club were recently showcased by the Development Division at Expo Real Estate in Buenos Aires. We partnered with our affiliate Ginevra SIR for booth space at the convention, which served as a space for networking and highlighting South Florida's real estate opportunities to participants from all around Latin America.
This year's Expo took place at the Hilton Hotel and focused solely on real estate growth and trends with more than 50 workshops led by industry experts. More than 15,000 participants included business leaders, agents from all around the world and representatives of the best real estate projects in both the U.S. and Latin America.
