Turnberry Secures A $259 Million Construction Loan

Turnberry Associates has successfully secured a$259 million construction loan for Turnberry Ocean Club Residences, the ultra-luxe condo tower rising in Sunny Isles. The$259 million loan closed last Friday from Bank of the Ozarks, ranking among the largest loans in South Florida this year.

The development located at 18501 Collins Ave, broke ground last Novemberand is progressing ahead of schedule, expected to go vertical by the end of this year and completed by 2019.

Designed by architects Carlos Zapata Studios of New York and Robert Swedroe of Miami, the luxurious project, features 154- residences andhas now reached $300 million in pre-sales with more than $100 million sold this year alone. Units will range from 2,750 Sq. Ft. to 10,000 Sq. Ft and startat $3.9 million to$35 million.
