ONE Sotheby's International Realty Acquires Turnberry International Realty

ONE Sothebys International Realty has acquired Turnberry International Realty, the Aventura-based company owned by George Perez, and led by Managing Broker Seth Kaufman. This addition marks the 12th office for One Sothebys and will also be extended to Turnberrys Kiosk at Aventura Mall and its 100 agents.

Seth Kaufman, will continue to lead the Aventura Office as ONE SIRs newest managing broker while George Perez will serve as business development consultant.

With more than 30 years of experience under Perezs leadership, Turnberry has produced more than $500 million in sales revenue. Now they will be part of Sothebys global network that encompasses more than 20,000 real estate savvy professionals in 66 countries worldwide, and growing.

One Sothebys President, Daniel de la Vega, stated the purchase is not only a great opportunity to expand into Aventura, but also makes ONE SIR the largest brokerage firm in the area in terms of market share and volume sales.
