The best way to truly experience the outdoors is to walk along the broadwalk. You can also rent bicycles for one or two and ride along the separate bike lane to keep out of walkers way.

By the Marriott on the beach. I rent chairs and umbrellas to relax, ordering drinks and delicious food from the hotel. The sound of the ocean and the warmth of the sun soothe my soul!

Billys Stone Crab. The food quality and presentation are perfection. It is fine dining inside and casual dining outside, overlooking the intracoastal and its beautiful yachts.
BEST FOOD/COCKTAIL MENU ITEMS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
My favorite is the jumbo stone crab and tomatoes with melted cheese and spinach from Billys Stone Crab! It is as fresh as you can get and tastes like heaven.
A LOCAL ACTIVITY NOT TO BE MISSED
Fourth of Julyon Hollywood Beach! Fireworks are provided by Grucci and the City does a magnificent job. The crowds are wonderful and you can catch the show along the coastline!

Id say all of the above. Hollywood Beach is an oceanfront town with great people, fantastic food, a serene atmosphere and a great sense of community.
