Its a toss up between Grille 66, with views of the marina, and 3030 Ocean at the Marriott. Both are within walking distance and are great places to meet my neighbors and socialize.
BEST FOOD/COCKTAIL MENU ITEMS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The stuffed lobster at Grille 66 and the Ahi Tuna Poke at 3030 Ocean are fantastic. 3030 Ocean also has a very creative cocktail menu. Both are excellent.

I obtained my license in New Jersey before starting college and worked with my father, who was a broker and manager for a national brokerage. After graduating from Rutgers College, I eventually gravitated back to real estate and moved to Fort Lauderdale. I love helpingpeople find the perfect home.
