Last Thursday at Sothebys New York Auction House, over 100 guests were invited for a private preview of Zaha Hadids last residential sky Scraper, the One Thousand Museum. Developers Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman were in attendance, as well as Sales Director Harvey Daniels and Alan Araujo of Development Sales. Guests were able to get a glimpse of Hadids final architectural masterpiece, which is to be completed in 2018.
The building is comprised of 4,800 precast panels shipped all the way from Dubai and includes sixty-two stories with eighty-three units. The Units will vary between condos, floor duplexes, full floor residences and even a two-story penthouse.
