One Thousand Museum, the late Zaha Hadid's first condo design in the Western Hemisphere, recently obtained a $225 million construction loan to help bring the project to completion. With an estimated cost of $450 million, the loan will cover approximately half of the project's total cost.
One Thousand Museum broke ground in 2014, with a scheduled completion date in late 2018. The landmark building's unique exoskeleton design will be made from a glass fiber reinforced concrete outer shell, creating a dynamic design.
In a prime location on Biscayne Boulevard, One Thousand Museum will be 62 stories tall, with 83 units ranging from 4,000 to more than 15,000 square feet. Amenities will include a helicopter pad, indoor infinity pool, sunbathing terrace and more.
