In a recent ceremony Buddhist monk Phuntsho visited Miami tobless Brickell City Centre, Reach, East and Retail. Swire Properties is known for having each of their projectsblessed at the end of the construction. The small event took occurredin multiple places around Brickell City Centre, including the lobby and aunit still under construction.
Brickell City Centre is slated to open its 500,000-square-foot retail component by the end of 2016. Anchor tenants include Saks Fifth Avenue, Cinemex (a dine-in movie theater) and a large food selection. Otherkey retail tenants areLululemon, Coach, Porsche Design and Hugo Boss. The East Hotel has already opened, with its rooftop bar Sugar quickly becoming a popular spot for locals and visitors alike to enjoy drinks and stunning views.
