Miami Spice isnt the only dining deal in the dog days of summer. Broward launched its own prix-fixe series, Dine Out Lauderdale, from August 15-September 30. With the witty tagline, Your entre into greater Fork Lauderdales gourmet scene, the initiative features more than 35 restaurants in every corner of the county. Here are some tasty options. Authentic Mexican: Eduardo de San Angels pork loin carnitas with green tomatillo, grilled mahi mahi with avocado mash, and chilled Kahlua sabayon. Eclectic: Caf Maxxs Thai calamari salad in sweet chili dressing, barbecue pork chop with cheesy stone ground grits, and key lime pie with berry coulis.
