With the witty tagline, Your entre into greater Fork Lauderdales gourmet scene, the initiative features more than 35 restaurants in every corner of the county. Here are some tasty options. Authentic Mexican: Eduardo de San Angels pork loin carnitas with green tomatillo, grilled mahi mahi with avocado mash, and chilled Kahlua sabayon.
