Louver House, an exclusive ONE SIR development, was a proud sponsor of the recent South of Spice culinary event held in the luxurious South of Fifth neighborhood. The event served as an introduction to some of Miamis most celebrated restaurants and offered a unique opportunity for a behind-the-scenes glimpse at upcoming Miami Spice menus. This year the South of Spiceadded celebrity chefs, cocktail lounges and luxury transportation allowing guests to relax and fully submerge themselves into the culinary experience.
More than ten restaurants participated in the event including Cibo, Il Mulino, Radio Bar, and Fogo de Chao. Guestsembarked on a culinary tour at each of the restaurants; sampling different delectable bites from respected chefs like Dale Talde, while enjoying custom wine and cocktail pairings. Each stop included music and entertainment.
The ONE SIR office in South Beach was a highlight of the night. Attendees were treated to champagneas well as a selection of cheeses and crackers while browsing different exclusive developments. Agents from ONE SIR were on hand to answer questions about the projects, including Louver House and Three Hundred Collins. South of Spice benefits the CI Foundation and their community initiative Eat Smart, which finds a balance between ending childhood hunger and providing healthy meals to promote youth nutrition.
