Two of the top names in the real estate and training industries that service professional athletes are forming a partnership to take advantage of natural synergies that exist between them. Ben Moss, a Miami-based realtor who runs the Sports & Entertainment division at ONE Sothebys International Realty, has assisted over 400 professional athlete clients with their real estate needs around the country over the last decade. Pete Bommarito, a sports performance trainer who operates Bommarito Performance Systems with two South Florida locations, has trained over 1,000 elite athletes.
Realizing that many of the athletes they service are mutual clients is what drew these two professionals together. Some of these mutual clients include NFL Pro Bowl players such as Maurice Jones-Drew, Tyrod Taylor, Anquan Boldin, Greg Olsen, and Marcus Stroud. The collaboration involves many facets from marketing to client education.
Moss cites that access to the Bommarito facilities is a great way to interact with clients and prospects in a low-pressure environment. Bommarito points out that real estate seems to be one of those hot topics that is always coming up, so having a trusted Realtor partner just makes sense. Both cite excitement about the partnership as a way to evolve professionally and connect with more clients.
