Dear Bob, I'm writing to you today because Marc and I want to formalize our gratitude for the help you gave us during our house hunting in Miami Beach. You listened to us carefully before working hard to set up visits in all the houses we wanted to see and the ones you recommended to us. You answered to all our questions steadfastly and inquired on the houses that were of interest for us, making this market search so much more secure. We want to thank you as well for your professionalism in managing the negotiations with the sellers albeit the difficult circumstances (Covid-19 + seller living abroad + REA of the seller not responsive to say the least). Your follow up on our well being is very much appreciated and your advice are priceless. I am thankful that your colleague Anne Feuga who helped us sell our home in New York state referred your team to us because we had an outstanding experience and I will not hesitate to recommend you to some of our friends who are planning to move here as well.
