They supported and navigated us through a difficult situation getting out of our lease (not their responsibility) while finding, securing and getting us the best deal for our forever home! We live overseas and own an TH in a condominium in NMB. We put the apartment for Rent, with no doubt in our minds for a second, that the one to handle the lease would be Irit Naymark from One Sotheby's Realty. Irit was our eyes and ears when the apartment was fixed in between tenants. She was in touch with the condo association on our behalf to push the rent process along. Irit was a pleasure to work with when we had to sell our mother's condo in Aventura. Her excellent listening skills resulted in a truly collaborative effort at a difficult time. Irit is knowledgeable about current trends in the Aventura market, made sure the property was seen and gave excellent guidance and advice. She is extremely hard working and responsive to emails and texts. She went the extra mile, in our estimation, by helping to coordinate donation and other pick ups when we were unable to be there. I first met Irit Naymark when I was looking at a condo to purchase in Aventura. She was the seller's realtor. I found her professional and liked the way she presented the condo. I was fortunate to get to know Irit over the next couple of years as we lived in the same building.
