Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Not a reputable firm. No diligence done at the properties they represent. They only care about the commission. I was rented a condo with a broken pool heater that was down for 6 months prior to lease signing. They offered no solutions to remedy the situation. Boca Towers is a dump.

Nunzia and Brian are absolutely the best! I've been working with Nunzia for years now in both buying and selling capacities and she is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. There's no one else I will work with when dealing with real estate in the area. Nunzia and Brian invest their time and soul in their work, they educate their clients by sharing all pertinent information and providing help and assistance in every step of the process. Absolutely the best!

Nunzia was very helpful in reaching a settlement with our seasonal landlord for non-disclosed matters.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nunzia for many years. She pays close attention to every detail and goes above and beyond to attract qualified buyers to her listings. Nunzia knows the real estate business and she is a very fine person. Her experience and expertise benefits all those who buy or sell homes with her as their agent. If you want to work with an agent who can be counted on, contact Nunzia.

Nunzia and Brian are knowledgeable about the South Florida real estate market and a pleasure to work with. Nunzia is extremely detail oriented which is so important during transactions. We never worried about missing a deadline or making sure very "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. I would highly recommend Nunzia and Brian.

Nunzia is a saint of infinite patience. It was an emotional experience to sell my family property. Nunzia shepherded me through the decision making process, marketed my property successfully, and negotiated a very fair price to a successful closing. She went the extra mile, more than once, to make sure things went smoothly.
