Recently, Nunzia Alvergue was my realtor in a real estate purchase that seemed simple but proved to be quite complex. The seller was based abroad and I, the buyer, was also out of the country for most of the period between the contract and the closing. Other challenges were the requirement for my in-person presence for the condo interview (Skype was not permitted) and the arrival of Hurricane Irma, leaving the condo (and its management office) without power for a week. In addition, the title company chosen by the seller was not responsive or helpful in trying to smooth the closing process. In this stressful situation, Nunzia was persistent, extremely professional and responsible in representing my interests. I can recommend her for these qualities and her willingness to go beyond the expected. For example, she offered to drive documents from Boca to Palm Beach to try to expedite the process. I appreciate her attempts to compensate for the roadblocks that seemed to be coming from the other side of the transaction. Although the closing was delayed, it ultimately took place and I look forward to enjoying my new home.

We recently sold our Highland Beach condominium, using Nunzia as our real estate agent. We feel that we could not have done it without her! Nunzia is knowledgeable, professional and a great pleasure to deal with. She promptly addressed any concerns or questions that we had. She put in a tremendous amount of effort on our behalf including internet marketing. There were also numerous extra things that she did for us both before and after the sale. My wife Jean and I just spent our first night at the new home we purchased with the extraordinary assistance of Nunzia Alvergue.
As I am sure you are aware, the 1031 process can be cumbersome to follow, with its strict timeline of 45 days to target a home that
is acceptable to a buyer. Nunzia helped us with the process with the use of Face Time, as well as taking us in person to those homes which met our criteria of finding a home with both a pool and a lanai. This was not easy, as we are residents of New Jersey. Since my wife and I are both cancer survivors, we also wanted to find a community which encouraged an active lifestyle. Nunzia took the time to help us with this extensive search and returned all of our calls promptly. She also kept us appraised of new listings when they became available. We cannot say enough about your wonderful employee. She is a credit to Sotheby's and is one of the
most professional people my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with. She helped us meet the 1031 deadline and find the home in Delray which certainly met and surpassed our expectations.

Having been in real estate myself for 10 years in California, when I first met you 10 years ago showing property in our building in Highland Beach, I knew if Jim and i were ever to leave I'd use you as a Realtor. You were so friendly and professional with your clients that day when we met in the elevator and you asked me a question about the building, I could tell you were looking out for their benefit in a building that was not an easy sell as we were one of the few on the oceanfront that didn't have a lobby or concierge service.
Over the years I saw you many times in the building either showing buyers around, or holding an open house for your seller. You were there a lot. So when the time came for Jim and I to move on I didn't hesitate to call you. It was one of the better real estate experiences we'd ever had. Starting with your use of the Best photographer shooting the best shots and videos to your helping stage the unit....the fact that it sold the first day on the market, to the second couple was not even a big surprise. You made it better than it already was
So thanks for a quick and easy close. Jim and I are very grateful.

Nunzia makes buying real estate so effortless!! She is extremely professional, very personable, and well verse in her business. Nunzia responses to any inquiries promptly and does her due diligence well. Never once had I felt that my interests were underrepresented. Nunzia is honest, professional, educated in all ins and outs of the real estate transactions. Next time I am on the market to sell or buy, she will be my go-to person.
