We met Natasha Reid almost by accident when we asked a security guard at a condo in Highland Beach if we could see an apartment there. She had just finished a showing and had already left the property. Luckily the guard had her business card. We called and left a message and she immediately called us back. When we spoke, we told Natasha what we were looking for and it was a broad search because we were not sure where we wanted to live. Over the course of a 2–3-month period Natasha showed us countless properties all over the east coast. She was tireless in her quest to find us something with a water view that we liked. There were often times when she sent us a listing that we jumped on a plane and flew down from NY to meet with her and the new listing. While we may have been exhausted from the travel, Natasha had the energy to continually find us interesting properties. Long story short, we found and bought a condo in Delray Beach with views of the Intracoastal and beach rights only 200 yards away. Natasha tirelessly got us board minutes, financials, condo regulations and even had the time to pick up and deliver to the title company an original document when they would not accept a copy. Natasha is the most honest and sincere realtor we have ever met and is incredibly hard working for her clients who are buyers. We now consider her a friend and hope to spend time together with her and her husband when we join the Country Club, she and her husband are members of.
