After working with DJ, our Sotheby’s realtor in Margate, NJ, to find our beachfront lot 8 years ago, we again called on him to connect us with an agent for our search for a property somewhere on the east coast of Florida.
We were connected with Sotheby’s Patrick Meyer and immediately were impressed with his “Patrick Immersion”....quite a different approach from the typical realty status quo. With his market insights & lifestyle blends, we began our search and education from Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton/Delray, from the comfort of our home in the middle of the Covid pandemic, looking for a house or condo somewhere on the water. With the use of mobile, virtual and FaceTime, Patrick took us on driving and walking tours of all the areas we were considering, along with tours of Atlantic Avenue, Boca Inlet, Lake Boca, Las Olas and many more immersive areas, searching for our new home. With Patrick in the lead, we were rather quickly able to narrow our search down and found our beautiful 5* beachfront condo in Boca Raton.
Patrick chose to bring in his partner, Stephanie, during the process, so we had ever detail covered. We had the smoothest and most thorough closing from the comfort of our home in New Jersey!
