Recently, Nunzia Alvergue was my realtor in a real estate purchase that seemed simple but proved to be quite complex. The seller was based abroad and I, the buyer, was also out of the country for most of the period between the contract and the closing. Other challenges were the requirement for my in-person presence for the condo interview (Skype was not permitted) and the arrival of Hurricane Irma, leaving the condo (and its management office) without power for a week. In addition, the title company chosen by the seller was not responsive or helpful in trying to smooth the closing process. In this stressful situation, Nunzia was persistent, extremely professional and responsible in representing my interests. I can recommend her for these qualities and her willingness to go beyond the expected. For example, she offered to drive documents from Boca to Palm Beach to try to expedite the process. I appreciate her attempts to compensate for the roadblocks that seemed to be coming from the other side of the transaction. Although the closing was delayed, it ultimately took place and I look forward to enjoying my new home.Annelise Robins

FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, LISTING, TO THE CLOSING, NUNZIA TOOK A PERSONAL INTEREST IN HELPING ME NAVIGATE THROUGH THE SALE OF MY CONDO. PROFESSIONAL , WHILE UNDERSTANDING AND VALIDATING THE EMOTIONS AND STRESS OF SELLING AND MOVING DURING A PANDEMIC AND PRIVATE HEALTH ISSUES. I was recently the buyer of a home for which Nunzia was the listing agent. Nunzia went over above to make the deal happen as seamlessly as possible, especially considering the unique circumstances around Covid-19. She was exceptionally responsive and she worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the transaction went off without a hitch. And just as importantly, she was a pleasure to interact with throughout the whole process.

Nunzia Alvergue is an all-around extremely good realtor. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, taking no short cut and leaving no stone un-turned. She is a true professional. She also will not forget you long after the sale is completed. Therefore, she will continue to give valuable support, if needed, for a long time after. She is awesome.

Nunzia It has been my pleasure to work with Nunzia Alvergue. Nunzia was incredibly patient while I attempted to figure out whether to sell or rent my condominium in Boca Raton. The process was lengthy as there were many aspects to consider and Nunzia was always happily to help by showing me other condominiums for sale, providing numbers, data, comparable sales, essentially everything I needed to make my decision. When I did finally determine that renting my place was the best decision, Nunzia handled everything from all paperwork to ultimately finding me a renter that had already been vetted with my condominium association (no small feat!) The entire transaction was tricky because Boca Raton is a second home for me and I needed to work with someone I trusted implicitly. The process was seamless, stress-free and I can’t imagine working with anyone but Nunzia for my future transactions.
