We couldn't ask for a better agent. Natalia found exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy in our new home. She went above and beyond. Anything at any time she made herself available, got all of our questions answered, followed up with our HOA/lawyers and would call to check in to make sure we had all we needed. The sale of my unit would not have been possible without the hardworking due-diligence of Natasha. I have never had a realtor work so hard for their client. They say that there is a meek 4% chance of a realtor selling a home during an open house. Well, she did just that; not only did they sell my home during an open house, she sold other residences in here during other open houses. Every weekend from the time it was listed she had an open house... until it was sold.
