My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Jill and her associate Ana. They made our first time selling a home very easy, especially as we were living remotely for most of the time our house was on the market. Jill and Ana were great about communication, keeping us constantly updated about the property and showings, and were available to answer any questions we had. Jill was especially knowledgeable about the type of property were selling, a townhouse with only one other townhouse under the same HOA. I would especially recommend her for townhouses in the Coral Gables and Coconut Grove areas of Miami.

I’ll tell you that she’s great at what she does and I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else in this town…particularly in the Grove. She’s my go to realtor! She has helped me in numerous real estate deals which all went very smoothly. Recently she sold my house in the north Grove (1661 Micanopy Ave)…all cash deal, at my asking price within 3 days of it being on the market. To be clear, the buyer started out with a low ball offer and Jill convinced them that if they wanted it they better come up to asking price…there were multiple cash offers within days of it being put on the market. She is also currently handling the purchase of a great home she found for me in the south Grove.
She does great marketing and wonderful videos! Ask her to show you the one she did for my house earlier this year…made me rethink selling it, it looked so good! She’s very professional and knowledgeable about what she does. It’s rare to see someone so passionate and dedicated to their work. I like that when you hire her, you get Jill and you aren’t handed off to a junior realtor. Jill is 100% hands on ! She’s a class act and I highly recommend her.

"As a first time home buyer I was extremely fortunate to have been referred to Jill by two friends who had used her services to purchase beautiful homes in Miami and was absolutely thrilled that she took me on as a client. From the first time we connected I knew I was in the best of hands. Jill is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, pricing, people and she held my hand from start to finish. Jill and her team were excellent. She was able to get a great deal for me, built a wonderful rapport with the seller's agent, referred me to the best people for inspections, title services, nothing I asked was ever too much. She is an excellent negotiator and we closed within one month, and I got a wonderful deal on a beautiful fully remolded 3/3 in the Silver Bluff section and in the coveted 33133 zip code for a wonderful price. Whenever I got anxious about the process, Jill was there to reassure me that everything would work out, and indeed it did, even better than I anticipated. Her assistant Damian is wonderful as well, meeting me a the drop of a hat when I needed access to the house, a very kind and calm zen-like person.
