Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Eva went above and beyond working to help me find my dream house. I moved from Hernando
County, and we had to do much of the work long distance. Eva made sure to keep in contact daily.
She is honest and direct. I felt like I couldn't lose with Eva on my team!

Buying a house with Eva was great!!! I have never purchased a home before, and she was so helpful.
She helped me find a loan officer, a title company, Insurance company, inspectors, even a plumber.
Not being from Florida this was very helpful. I needed to make settlement with in a month and she
made it happen. Thanks Eva, can't wait to buy my next home with you! She was not only my realtor
but my new friend.

Eva is one of the best realtors I've ever had. She goes way out of her way to deliver the best buying
experience you'll ever have in purchasing a new home. Eva will stay on the hunt to find you your
perfect home. She will keep you informed in every aspect of the purchasing process. Her follow up
is outstanding. Not only did she become my realtor but she also became a new friend. Should I ever
want to buy another home or decide to ever sell, she will be the only one I would contact.

We used Eva as our realtor to sell our villa in Boynton Beach. We are very thankful that we did.
She was wonderful to work with, displaying professionalism and diligent hard work to get us a great result. She was fantastic in helping us along every step of the way with great communication, keeping us informed of everything in the selling of our villa.
I highly recommend her whether you want to buy or sell your property. She brings years of experience along with being kind and courteous. We can’t thank her enough.
