What an incredible team. They work seamlessly securing bids and dealings with the unexpected things associated with the purchase of a home. Their work complements each others strengths. We had great trust in their abilities to help us find the home of our dreams. We recommend without reservation.

Violet did a great job marketing our home and helping the entire process from selling to buying our new home. She even babysat our movers while we closed on our new home. Thank you so much! If you need a great relator you will be glad you chose Violet like we did. Thanks Violet and Stephane

Violet Boerescu recently represented me in the purchase of two beautiful beach homes on Amelia Island. I had time constraints on my deals which presented a challenge.Violet worked tirelessly and was determined to meet the goals we set. She gave me sound advice and has a good feel for the real estate market. She did an amazing job planning strategizing and closing both deals!I am a client that requires a lot of communication feedback and analysis. Violet exceeded my expectations and was such a a pleasure to work with throughout the process.I highly recommend Violet for your real estate needs.
