Never in a million years would I ever imagine that opening my mailbox and picking out a mailer from Suzette would change my life. After 40+ years of living in my dream home, my wife and I decided it was time for us to make our home available to a new owner who will enjoy the home, and the beautiful lake views we have cherished for many years. Not being in the market for a realtor in many years with so many variables to consider left us quite vulnerable. Along comes Suzette’s mailer that highlighted some of her success in Colonnade neighborhood but let me tell you, there is not enough space on a billboard to begin to reveal how caring, thorough, efficient, professional and transparent Suzette has been and she and her team have exceeded our expectations. From assisting through the moving out phase (she also assisted in a temporary rental through the transition), spearheading the preparation/updating of our home while managing vendors/contractors, staging it, marketing our property, hosting open houses and landing a qualified cash buyer on the first day! We can’t say enough about Suzette, she was not just our realtor for multiple transactions, but she is a trusted advisor helping us with every aspect of selling our home and purchase a new home. She was pivotal in assisting us in preparing our home to get it sold quickly and for the most money possible, even higher than we imagined! She is the consummate professional, setting expectations and over delivering exceeding everything we anticipated. She is caring and sensitive to how trying the process can be for a seller from staging, showing, multiple offers, her expert negotiation skills, going through the steps of the transaction like managing the inspection issues and all the way to closing with such finesse and care; even helping us with ways to sell furniture, movers and any other vendors we needed – she was always there. Suzette did a fantastic job marketing our home, even prior to it being listed on MLS. She helped guide us how to properly prepare our home prior to photographs, and her professional photography of our home was realistic yet alluring showcasing the most spectacular offerings, we received many compliments on how the pictures beautifully and accurately depicted our home. She also hosted a Broker's Open ; which generated a great deal of interest and resulted in multiple offers the second day on the market! Because of the multiple offers and Suzette's expert negotiation we were able to sell our home over the list price on our terms in the first week on the market! In a word, Suzette did a fantastic job and really saved us a lot of stress and anxiety!!

It's difficult enough to find reliable, knowledgeable professionals these days, let alone one who goes the extra mile for you. Suzette Hernandez is among that rare breed. I live in New York and was confronted with the task of selling my mother's condo in Florida. My mother has spent the past three years in a nursing home so we decided that it was time to sell her place. Trouble is that the place had been sitting vacant for all that time, so long it developed a mold problem. Enter Suzette. Given the task of selling the condo & getting quotes, Suzette quickly put in on the market and within days, found a buyer. But that was just the beginning. We had to deal with the condo association, who played hard ball when it came to approving the buyer, who was purchasing the place for his elderly mother. Long story short, Suzette kept me updated by phone and e-mail every step of the way, all the way to the closing. She is a true gem. I would recommend her to anyone selling or purchasing a home.

Suzette is an amazing realtor! When I was trying to decide whether to rent or buy, Suzette provided information immediately to help me decide what to do. So when I decided to purchase, Suzette quickly went to work, asking me to document my needs and by the end of the week the 2 of us were out looking at properties that met my requirements.
By the end of the day, I had found the home I wanted to purchase and she provided tremendous support throughout the entire process. Suzette was very thorough in explaining what was required from the seller, the realty company, and even the financial institution. She was there every step of the way to ensure everything went smoothly up to and including the closing.
Suzette clearly knows and understands the South Florida real estate market and I trust her completely. I would recommend her to assist anyone interested in purchasing property in South Florida.

I was focused on buying a house in a very specific area. Suzette spend days and hours relentlessly searching for a property in that area.
