Scott has all of the characteristics you desire in a realtor. He was professional, he was courteous and he was very accessible and reliable. But in addition to all of those positive attributes he also came with empathy, a real honesty and a very human side that is not always present in today's business world. We were attempting to sell a home in Florida from our home state of N.H. We really needed and relied on Scott's guidance in regards to everything from the listing price to a local roofer. We perhaps needed more assistance than most and Scott did not disappoint - he was there for us at every turn and with a truly wonderful and positive attitude. He was simply phenomenal to work with! I recently sold a small lot at a relatively small price and consequently small commission. Unfortunately it was a more complicated process than expected and required extra time , communication and patience, In spite of all that, Scott treated this sale as if it was a million dollar project including finding a suitable buyer, and being very responsive, keeping me up to date and going well beyond what one might expect from an agent / broker. I have had many real estate transactions over the years and I would rate Scott in the top 5% of all the agents and brokers I have known, and of all the transactional experiences I have had. Scott's experience and knowledge of the real estate business makes him a pleasure to work with, and I trusted him every step of the way on the sale of my property. He handled all of the showings which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He keeps you advised of the process and the current status of the sale as appropriate. He dealt with contractors when needed and I never had to call him and ask him what was going on. The sale could not have gone any smoother and I have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

Scott is a great agent. He knew just what homes would interest me by talking to me. He wasted no time narrowing down which homes to view. The third time we went out I found what I was looking for. Even though there were some difficulties settling he pushed through them and kept me informed all the way. Scott stayed with me through out the whole process assisting me with all the necessary paperwork. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
