Ron is a consummate professional, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. We provided Ron a long wish list for our home, and he thoughtfully considered every angle of it as he uncovered options. He was very patient, as it took a while to find our home, but he always had our family in the forefront of his mind to drive our search. He would often come across small details and talk through how this could integrate into or be changed to fit our family’s home vision. Ron was also amazing about connecting us with his wide network of recommendations for everything from a pool company to contractors to neighbors. Ron was always responsive, clear and transparent - all of which are highly appreciated. He was also kind, upbeat and always had a smile on his face, even amidst the normal whirlwind of a house closing. His can-do, affable attitude is palpable. And he did this all long distance, as we were not local. Although we hope we are not moving again for a long time, we would use Ron again in a heartbeat. We had a great experience selling our house in Vero Beach with Ron Toperzer. Ron has an in depth understanding of the housing market and provided us with excellent guidance, comps and advice on how to successfully market and sell our home.Our house was a old 1955 Florida house and Ron knew how to show off its history, beachy charm and beautiful details to help it sell. The photographer he hired took gorgeous photos. Ron then made an amazing video about the house which would grab the attention of any house hunter. He hosted multiple open houses and succeeded in finding a buyer in a slow market and out of season. Ron was a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile, and then some, in every way for us. We can't recommend Ron highly enough.

We have had the privilege of working with Ron on the buying and selling side! He helped us find the perfect home in Vero Beach. We loved it but unfortunately we had to relocate for work. Ron handled all of our transactions with great professionalism and added his personal touches throughout! The sale of our home went very fast and smoothly. FIrst person that saw our house bought it.
