Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Roman was our realtor in Ft. Lauderdale. We happened to meet him at an Open House one Sunday and soon realized that he had to be the person to help us sell our home. He is a gem both professionally and personally. He is the ultimate professional. His knowledge of the real estate market is remarkable. His advice was always spot on. He becomes extremely involved in the process, and his honesty is one of his best and most important qualities. With his guidance we had the good fortune of selling our home very quickly. In the year since we have moved, Roman has become a very good friend of ours. If you are in the market to buy or sell a house, Roman is your man....you will not be sorry. I give him my highest recommendation.

The process of buying or selling a property is typically exhausting, especially in South Florida. Roman made this experience easy for us because he's so organized, efficient, honest, and emotionally intelligent. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and it made all the difference for us. He also very intuitive with negotiations and can sense when something isn't right. We trust Roman and are proud to call him our lifelong realtor. We give our full endorsement for his services!

I've worked with many realtors over the years . Roman is among the very best. His most important traits: His patients working with me, his knowledge of the market, and most of all understanding my needs. He first sold me my new townhome. I'd been wanting to move for years, but every realtor told me nothing existed that I wanted. Roman found me what I wanted within a few months. Then he sold my old home, which wasn't so easy especially during the pandemic; he was patient and persevered. I would highly recommend him. A pleasure to work with.

We highly recommend Roman as a very experience and knowledgeable real estate professional. He assisted us in selling our ocean front luxury condominium. His advise from the initial listing through closing was five star. A very committed and responsive relator to work with.

We were extremely lucky to have Roman as our real estate expert. My wife and I were not from the Boca Raton area and were very particular in what we were looking for (near a lap pool, new construction, very high end building, close to first rate shopping and restaurants, near but not on the ocean, etc.,etc) and Roman showed enormous patience. He was knowledgeable and resourceful. Our appointments to see units always went off without a hitch and it was obvious that he had the respect of the other agents. We ended up buying an exceptional apartment in a brand new building at what now is clear was a very fair price.

Roman is one of the best real estate professionals we have ever dealt with. He was transparent, honest, efficient and knowledgeable regarding the entire south Florida market. Upon selecting Roman to represent us he a quickly arranged outstanding photos of our condo and had us listed for sale promptly. His marketing and pricing strategy was perfect. He presented us with a substantial over asking offer within 20 hours of listing the condo. He diligently followed and updated us through the contract accepted, pending and closing phases. We have sold and bought multiple homes across the US and Roman could not have been a better choice. Outstanding!

From the moment Roman Tschannen was referred to me, I knew I had the right relator for the sale of my beautiful home.
Knowing how apprehensive I was about selling and even showing the home to strangers, Roman assured me that he wouldn't do or suggest anything without my approval and he kept true to his word. Roman's overall professionalism as well as his understanding of my own situation made it easier for me to sell and sell I did! Roman awarded me with the best offer my home truly deserved and also assisted with the purchase of my new home. Both sale and purchase couldn't have gone smoother and all because of Roman Tschannen, an A+ realtor and Global Real Estate Advisor anyone would be lucky to have on their team. Thank you, Roman!

Working with Roman was a true pleasure. My family owned a small, seasonal apartment that had been unoccupied for almost a decade and was likely the lowest value property that Roman has dealt with in recent years - yet he treated me like his most important client throughout the entire process. Roman is a fantastic communicator and even with me being out of state, he continuously collaborated with me and kept me posted by text, email, and phone. I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again at some point!
