Nunzia and Brian were very proactive and effective in marketing and selling my A1A condo unit Boca Raton in what is presently a difficult seller's market. Dear: Nita Summer Max My wife Jean and I just spent our first night at the new home we purchased with the extraordinary assistance of Nunzia Alvergue. As I am sure you are aware, the 1031 process can be cumbersome to follow, with its strict timeline of 45 days to target a home that is acceptable to a buyer. Nunzia helped us with the process with the use of Face Time, as well as taking us in person to those homes which met our criteria of finding a home with both a pool and a lanai. This was not easy, as we are residents of New Jersey. Since my wife and I are both cancer survivors, we also wanted to find a community which encouraged an active lifestyle. Nunzia took the time to help us with this extensive search and returned all of our calls promptly. She also kept us appraised of new listings when they became available. We cannot say enough about your wonderful employee. She is a credit to Sotheby's and is one of the most professional people my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with. We recently sold our Highland Beach condominium, using Nunzia as our real estate agent. We feel that we could not have done it without her! Nunzia is knowledgeable, professional and a great pleasure to deal with. She promptly addressed any concerns or questions that we had. NunziaIt has been my pleasure to work with Nunzia Alvergue. Nunzia was incredibly patient while I attempted to figure out whether to sell or rent my condominium in Boca Raton. The process was lengthy as there were many aspects to consider and Nunzia was always happily to help by showing me other condominiums for sale, providing numbers, data, comparable sales, essentially everything I needed to make my decision. When I did finally determine that renting my place was the best decision, Nunzia handled everything from all paperwork to ultimately finding me a renter that had already been vetted with my condominium association (no small feat!) The entire transaction was tricky because Boca Raton is a second home for me and I needed to work with someone I trusted implicitly.
