Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
I just retired and moved from Chicago to Miami and I did not have any clue of the real estate in Florida. Fortunately I met a realtor Michele Shmuely who exposed and educate me about the local market before even trying to show me any properties. I was amazed with her knowledge and patience to listen to my needs and finding my dream condo. For now on, she is my ONLY realtor and highly recommending her for any members of my Family and friends .

I’m a corporate executive who was recruited to Miami from Delaware for a new job. I had to telecommute for a couple of months in the beginning. Michelle helped me house hunt remotely. I would send listings I found online and Michelle would send back listings she felt were a better fit. She was ‘spot on’ every time. I flew down for a week and we viewed multiple properties she had identified and literally the first property she sent me was the property I chose. She listens, she understands and she knows the market. She negotiated for me and watched out for my interests every step of the way and thought about everything from my children’s needs to my commute and busy lifestyle when helping me find the right fit. Michelle represents the pinnacle of excellence, understanding and client commitment.

Michelle was attentive to all of my needs and showed me a variety of properties in different areas of Miami to focus on and what neighborhood would be best for me. She was patient and diligent and was able to make excellent recommendations on the different amenities that were offered by each of the different buildings that she was showing us. I'm from Los Angeles and Michelle helped me find the ideal condo in Hallandale. I was extremely satisfied with her attention to detail and helping us through the closing process.
