I highly recommend Jonathan. I called him based on a personal referral. I was living in California and saw a house on MLS that I wanted to make an offer on, sight unseen. Jonathan went to see the house and Face-timed me to show it. I made the offer the same day and we closed with no issues. He was there for the inspections since I was out of state. His admin service handled all of the back-and-forth tasks of closing coordination. It was very convenient. He is professional, cheerful, and caring. He also made great recommendations for places to try when I moved to Vero. His service was personal, caring, competent, and efficient.

I don’t know where to begin when talking about Jonathan. His exceptional service goes far beyond any Realtor I have ever worked with and I have worked with dozens over the years. He makes you comfortable whether you’re buying or selling and listens very carefully to what your specific needs may be. In addition, he follows all the steps in getting the sale or purchase done. He is a rare find. Many realtors may be good at some of these aspects but he is outstanding at all of them. He gets the deal done. I could not give him a higher recommendation.

Our daughter reached out to Jonathan specifically because of his stellar reputation as an expert in helping find just the right home for potential buyers. He took the time to ask a lot of questions and learn as much as he could and then offered up properties to visit that met the criteria. Not once did he try to upsell her or show her properties that weren't what she had requested. In a short timeframe, she found just the right one and that is where his expertise kicked in even more! He offered guidance on the bidding and then was there throughout the inspection process and the loan closing. I half expected him to show up with a moving van... :laffin: Having Jonathan lead my daughter's experience buying a first home made this father very happy and at ease. If you are wanting a very knowledgeable veteran that truly loves helping people find the right home for them, not just someone looking to sell someone a house, I strongly recommend that you give Jonathan a call and set up an interview.
