Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We sold our Fort Lauderdale waterfront home with Jennifer before it hit the market, just from her international reach of clients in her database. Her network is incomparable in my opinion and she took the stress away from our family. She gave us personal attention and we dealt with her and not her team of assistants. .

Jennifer is a someone who carried the weight of a very stressful time for us with severe integrity and great communication. Her knowledge of new construction and what to look for and beware of saved us a lot of head aches. Her local market knowledge of the area allowed us full trust in her and we are forever grateful she fought for what was fair for us in final walk throughs after inspections.

Being new to Fort Lauderdale, I was reliant on Jennifer to help me choose the best condo for me. On my wishlist was balcony view, on the water, surrounded by lush foliage, pools, gym, walkways, and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Jennifer came through on all points and more! She found the perfect condo for me within a very short period of time. Additionally, Jennifer is very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and she responded quickly to all my questions and requests. Thanks to Jennifer I couldn’t be happier with my move to Ft. Lauderdale. I highly recommend her for your next move!

Waterfront home. We just sold our home for top dollar. Jennifer knows how to show a lifestyle and sell a home from her experience and use her database of people from literally everywhere with repeat buyers and investors. Hire her if you are looking for the best representation that you can trust. My family and I are now leaving a home behind with peace of mind. Thank you

You will not be sorry if you hire Jay Granieri and Jennifer Leong. This duo knows everything about the market and will not tell you something because you will want to hear it. They are experienced and knowledgable. We sold our home in a tough market, went into a rental that was even harder to find and then we did another purchase that they found for us before it hit the market bc they do the hard work and research to find what was a tough find. They will get the job done with extreme professionalism and results!

We used Jennifer as a buyers agent to find a second home. She was so trusting in guiding us with a lot of knowledge on rules and regulations in different countries and where it would be the most beneficial for an investment and good return. It can be nerve wrecking to buy in another country but Jennifer and her team made it seamless and trusting.

We referred Jennifer to my parents waterfront home off of Las Olas. She went up against two other extremely strong contenders to list their home in a very competitive market. Jennifer is a wealth of experience and trusted knowledge that we learned in a very short amount of time that she could be completely trusted and reliant upon. The market changed during our listing and her quick response to the transition and her marketing decisions made our transaction with her "appeared" to be seamless on a deal that was very hard to keep together. We are grateful for our choice and would use Jennifer again.

Working with Jennifer took away all my fears with the bad wrap South Florida realtors can get. Jennifer knows Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach and she knows where to make the right investments. We live in London and she held our hand through countless zooms, a ton of taxing and probably annoying questions and she never showed any sign of impatience while it took us a bit to find the best new construction property to lay our hats for retirement. We thought Palm Beach was for us but with Jennifer's extreme knowledge in the market of all of south Florida, she lead us to where we were meant to be and we are in love and so excited. She is holding our hand, working with our designer and we trust her exponentially. We can’t wait to close.
