Working with Janyne was a pleasure. My husband and I trusted her from our first meeting. I was responsible for selling my aunt’s home in Vero and was out of my comfort zone. Janyne’s experience and expertise allowed her to provide the hand-holding I needed during the process. She made things go smoothly even though we don’t live in Florida and were actually out of the country during some of the negotiations. She was always available to us, extremely patient while answering questions and making suggestions. She offered options and gave explanations in a way that allowed us to make responsible decisions. She was a wonderful problem solver and always seemed to know the “right” people to contact to help fix a problem. In every situation she went above and beyond. She deserves more than 5 stars!

Last week my husband and I closed on a beautiful beach house in Vero Beach. I cannot say enough what an amazing experience we had working with Janyne Kenworthy, our realtor from One Sotheby’s. Being from out of state, Janyne gave us a tour of the island and helped us to see various gated and non gated communities. This really helped us to make a decision about which area we liked best and what type of house we were looking for. Janyne also was able to show us houses through FaceTime and video tours as soon as they came on since we live out of state. Once we found the house we loved, Janyne was able to negotiate well for us and get the deal done despite multiple bidders on the house. Janyne went above and beyond for us throughout this entire process and was there for us every step of the way, from helping us get insurance for our home, to making sure utilities were on when we arrived, to recommending trustworthy contractors to help us make the house our own. Janyne is a true professional that is an expert in her field. We absolutely loved working with her and are so grateful to her for helping us find our perfect home.
