We hired Eva to sell my parent's house and we live out of state. Not only did Eva do an excellent job marketing, selling, and closing on the house (getting top dollar), she also greatly assisted us in identifying and managing any work we needed to have done getting the house ready to sell. We didn't have to make one trip to Florida to manage the work on house. She did EVERYTHING, and did a very nice job. I could not imagine a better realtor, especially under these circumstances.

Eva did an excellent job finding us a condo in Boynton Beach. She was very professional and
extremely responsive. Unlike some realtors in the area this is her full time job. There were times
that Eva got frustrated making appointments for us to see properties because the part time
realtors wouldn’t return her calls. I would highly recommend Eva. She was a pleasure to work with.

I recently purchased a condo with Eva Blow representing me she was 100% from submitting the
contracts providing all the information whether it’s HOA information and the timeline of the whole
