If you're searching for the best real estate agent that's truly going to look after your best interests, not their own, then you can stop looking. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Ben came highly recommended from some colleagues. We're glad we listened. Little did we know that we began our house hunt at the front end of one of the craziest housing markets in recent history for buyers. Over the course of twelve months, Ben offered invaluable guidance as well as a sense of calm when we were losing hope we'd ever get an offer accepted. He came up with different ideas for our offers to stand out, was quick to respond to texts or calls (even at night or on weekends which we definitely abused), and also made home run recommendations for other services (inspection, lenders, insurance). Ben going the extra mile to compile homes we may have overlooked is what led us to the one we fell in love with and made the year long wait worth it. He makes you feel like you're his only client which is a testament to his work ethic. We will absolutely be using Ben again when the time comes! Thank you, Ben!

We have been working with Ben since our arrival in Fort Lauderdale in 2019. When it comes to buying a home it is obviously very stressful and overwhelming; neighborhoods, school districts, the small intricate details of the house you're looking at, questions to ask, important reminders etc. The point is: there is a lot. Ben helped with every aspect of this. He communicates effectively, tells you the truth, is very organized, and follows up with you and the sellers party. Being a 1st time homeowner, Ben gave great recommendations, insight, and advice that we have used early on upon moving in. Ben made our 1st home purchase a very smooth process. My wife and I would highly recommend Ben Westby if you are looking for a realtor in the Fort Lauderdeal/Miami area.

We were the mortgage team working with Ben on this transaction. Ben was absolutely awesome to work with!! Negotiations went very well on behalf of our Buyer because of his attention to detail. Answered every call and was able to help with anything needed. We were Cleared to Close 3 weeks ahead of closing on a 30 day contract because he was a vital part of our team!!!
