Jonathan Sternberg was everything you could want in a real estate agent and more. I had a very difficult property to sell. The previous agent I used was unable to sell the property for over a year. Jon came in and got the property sold in a few months. He is a problem solver and extremely resourceful.
Jon doesn’t mind going the extra mile to get the job done.

Where to begin with Jonathan? He’s an awesome person with a great personality who excels at his job. My wife and I were first time home owners and of course were nervous jumping into the scene with a housing market as intense and seller friendly as this one. Jon fought TOOTH AND NAIL for us the entire way to make sure we were protected.
There was a potential disaster regarding a broken septic tank. His incredible instincts as an experienced realtor kicked in like a spidey sense and caught the septic issue. If we would’ve moved into the house with a broken tank, we would’ve been ruined.
Then came the negotiations. He made sure we were getting the best deal possible to repair the tank. Actually, he made sure we got the best deal for the house from the start. I can’t recommend this guy enough. I think anyone who is serious about buying a home should without question hire Jon. I’ll

John took a tour of our home and noted things that would be of interest to potential buyers.
We discussed many factors involved in the sale of our home and John was quite knowledgeable.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our agent Jonathan Sternberg If you want dedication, if you want a person to work for you 24/7, if you want an honest , reliable person to work with you , Better call Jonathan. If you are unsure of the property not selling and you need confidence Jonathan will be there assuring you of the best . When I really wasn't confident the home wouldn't sell quickly who was there building me up and my wife , Jonathan was there. Who answered my calls at 10pm in his always friendly voice Jonathan was there. Jonathan is a hard working, friendly, reassuring agent who I will call upon again to sell our other property. Jon is amazing! We have now purchased or sold three properties with him. My last property I decided to try and sell myself. It was a bust! I just wasn't getting the exposure I needed. The feedback from the few people that came to see my house was that I priced my house too high. I decided to go back to Jon and list with him. He sold my house in one day. He got me more than my asking price with a great cash buyer. So no, my house was not over priced! I just didn't have the right tools to market it. Jon is extremely professional, incredibly friendly and just does a great job! We now use him for food and restaurant recommendations! THANK YOU Mr. Sternberg!!
