Stéphane and Violet were outstanding!! During our time looking for agents they approached us with a full presentation and plan to get our house sold quickly for the right price. They were in daily contact and always kept us in the loop with everything that had to do with the house no matter how small. Stephane provided a level of service the likes of which I have never before experienced. He was present at our home for every single showing, whether he was the selling Realtor or not. He is friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about real estate matters. His advice was very helpful during his house selling experience. But most important of all to me was the quality of photos Stephane had taken to be posted on Zillo. This turned out to be the deciding factor in our sale because our buyers bought the house site unseen based on these photos. He hired two professional photographers to access this and it really paid off. I’d use Stephane again in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone else interested in selling their home to do the same.

We met Stephane two years ago through a family member who used him as a Realator in the Amelia Island area. My husband and I knew homeownership was something that would be a hurdle for us, however his direction, knowledge and straight forward approach both eased us and prepared us for our next steps in the process. Although we were not ready at the time, for two years he checked in with us creating a relationship based on genuineness and trust. He truly had our best interests at heart and wanted us to in our home based on our budget and location preferences in Nassau County. Fast forward, two years later, we reached out to Stephane, who introduced us to a mortgage broker who was willing to dig deep and work with us. Stephane was professional, honest and showed us real estate that would be the best for our family of course. He never tried to sell us, he was simply invested in our family. Never once did we have to ask him for updates as he emailed us promptly making the process seamless! He negotiated to ensure we left the table with a stellar home warranty and an incredibly counter offer that didnâ??t break the budget. Him and his wife both still communicate with us although the transaction was complete weeks ago. I would never recommend another Realator in the area except for him! A friend encouraged my wife and I to consider Amelia Island as a region to relocate. On our second visit we met Stephane while looking at some listings in the window at the Coldwell Banker Office. He is easy to talk with and made us feel optimistic about finding the right house. This is a very fast housing market. He was very attentive and since we were out of town he understood how important it was to be accessible when we were looking at a new listing.
