Frau Alexander hat unser Haus in Sebastian /Florida im Jahr 2014 verkauft.
Wir hatten das Haus 17 Jahre und haben es dann aus Altersgründen verkauft,
Frau Alexander erwies sich als ausgesprochen kompetent und sehr zielstrebig.
Sie wusste den marktgerechten Preis(ich hätte es zu billig verkauft) und nach
Relativ kurzer Zeit war das Haus verkauft.

Sandra went above and beyond to assist me in every aspect from day 1. My initial visit to the area was just that, a visit to look at the area. On a days notice, she was able to show me 4 homes and immediately went into action when I wanted to put an offer in on one. Sandra demonstrates all of the following: attention to detail, understanding relocation difficulties, and terrific follow through. I would not hesitate to recommend her as your agent!
