I have worked with Belle Forino both to purchase a home and again to sell a home. In the purchase of the home, she listened to my requirements and immediately emailed me several listings that meet my requests. She was always pleasant to work with and efficient with my time in doing so. She provided good feedback on my offers and we quickly reached an accepted contract and closing. Through the due diligence process, she met with several people providing valuable information and relayed that info back to me.
A year or so later, I realized that I simply wasn’t visiting the home as much as I originally thought, so I contacted her to discuss the market and get her thoughts on the ability to sell it and at what price. She quickly researched the market, gave me her thoughts and a suggested price. In less than three weeks she had an offer that we countered and quickly reached an agreed contract price that was 98.7% of our listed price. She continued through the due diligence with the buyer and was helpful all the way through closing. It was a pleasure working with Belle through the whole process and I would recommend her to my best friends and family.

It was great working with her. Believe she went above and beyond showing us multiple houses both in person, via video and provided answers to any questions on the contract process. In addition, provided information on the areas and contacts for any type of work we wanted to have done too the house.

We met Belle three seasons ago in our search for a seasonal rental. Belle fully explained the nuances of renting. She understood our needs and budget. Following were several listings we reviewed on line. One unit seemed promising. Belle visited on our behalf and provided a virtual tour. On her recommendation we rented this unit. The following season Belle assisted with leasing this unit again.
We learned of another unit in the same complex up for sale. We requested Belle’s assistance. She did a virtual tour, provide excellent comps with supporting explanations and assisted in negotiating the purchase price. All done remotely!
We visited the apartment day of the home inspection and closed several weeks later.
We could not have moved forward, being in another state with out complete confidence in Belle.
