Sebastian is truly the best realtor I have ever worked with. There are not enough words to describe his drive and commitment to his clients. He won a house for us in a multiple offer scenario. He was able to achieve this with strategic thinking, which is essential in today's market. At the same time, he made sure to communicate through the entire process and answer every question that came up. Also, his assistant Christine was also amazingly hard working and patient. We could never repay everything Sebastian taught us about house buying in Florida. I will definitely come back to him in all my future real estate endeavors and cannot recommend him enough to whoever is reading this.

Sebastian is an outstanding agent, what he did for us is amazing .... first of all is an exceptional human being, and that is transmitted in the way he works … he put him self in the clients shoes and works really hard for the clients best interest and fit their needs .. is probably the best negotiator I have ever seen, has that unique feeling and sense of how to approach a deal with commitment, strategic thinking , skills and flawless ethics .. we are very grateful with Sebastian for helping us with the home of our dreams ..

He blew my mind when he came to a listing presentation. So professional and full of energy. I knew at get go he would be the right person for this job. He fulfilled every one of his promises and even did more then he was asked to do. He sold out home in 4 days. I would never use any other realtor again after dealing with Sebastian and his amazing team.
