my experience working with Lisa Miller.
when I suddenly lost my tenant at Cypress Village in Miami Lakes. I live in St Petersburg and do not any longer have contacts in Miami.
Lisa contacted me and offered her services and quickly convinced me she was the person to help me through this dilemma. I am undergoing treatment at Moffitt Cancer Center here in Tampa and are unable to travel at this time, as well as having a lot of other things on my mind.
From the beginning, Lisa was there for me to assure me that we can handle this long distance and she would make it as worry free as possible. Well, she did just that and more!
We priced the distressed property at a somewhat aggressive price that immediately resulted in 13 showings within the next 2 days. We scheduled Saturday evening for the best and final offer from these showings. The final offer was 17.5k over asking! No inspection REQUIRED!
Based on the condition of the unit we were very pleased with the final price. Lisa was in close contact the entire time letting us know about each offer as they came in.
Great communication skills combined with a great knowledge of her marketplace makes her the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and my husband and I own 4 other rentals up here in the St Petersburg area and have worked with our share of realtors.
She is great and I only wish she was in this market to help me buy the next property.
She told me not to worry and she was so right - I could fully rely on her from day one.
I’m so glad I found her to represent me through this process.

My sister and I couldn't have been any happier in working with Lisa Miller. She was amazing. We had a difficult sale in a problem building and she was our guardian angel. She is a terrific agent, professional, buttoned down, and incredibly responsive. She consistently went far and above what we might have expected. Most importantly, she did it with grace and elegance. We have no doubt everyone who works with Lisa and Sothebys will have similar experiences. Bravo Lisa !
