Matthew has been my realtor and my family’s realtor for almost a decade now.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and so informative with the south Florida market. He was very patient in showing me properties both houses and condos and helped me make a choice that was the best for me. I highly recommend him and anyone looking for a realtor that will assist, guide, and inform you about the market.

Matthew helped us buy our first house and when we needed to sell, he was the first realtor we approached. He has always been extremely patient with us even though we were so nervous buying our first house that we took nearly six months! Our sale was quite a bit faster. He completed a Covid-safe open house where we didn't have to attend at all. He gave us plenty of notice for incoming showings, contractors, etc. We would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs a little extra hand holding (sorry, Matthew!) or for someone looking for an honest realtor -- not always easy to find in South Florida.
