Working with KristieAnn, was a great experience. She’s professional, responsive, and kept the entire process smooth from start to finish. Even through the more complex parts of the deal, she stayed solution oriented and on top of every detail. I’d gladly work with her again.

Kristie is an amazing real estate agent. I first had her find a rental place for me, then she found a rental place for my parents and now she is selling my uncles condo. She is beyond trustworthy, kind, smart etc. I can’t say enough about her. She has gone above and beyond what her normal real estate duties are. There are not words that are good enough that can describe what she has done for myself and my family. Just so you understand this I’m a real estate agent also and I put my trust in her so you should also.

I had the pleasure of working with Kristie Ann Weyhmiller, P.A. of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty on the sale of my triplex listing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Kristie brought the buyer for my listing, and from start to finish, the transaction went smoothly thanks to her professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication. It’s always a relief to work with a knowledgeable and experienced agent who knows how to keep things on track and collaborative. I would be happy to work with her again in the future!

I can not give a high enough rating to Kristine Ann Weyhmiller at One Sotheby’s International Realty that would demonstrate how truly amazing she is. I have had the pleasure of working with Kristine on several properties as her client and each time she far and above exceeds my highest expectations. I say that with the understanding that I consider myself a high maintenance client. Even with that Kristine has never failed to amaze with her capabilities. Whether searching for a rental property, selling or buying a property, her professionalism and work ethic are the best bar none. Taking the time to understand your needs and desires while providing viable alternatives is her greatest attribute. In addition she always keeps her clients best interests as her number one priority. Finding a real estate agent of Kristine's caliber is extremely rare and I would strongly advise you to look no further if you want a representative that works for you like you are her number one priority every single day.

Awesome! Kristie was willing to go in person and check out place after place and give us her honest feedback before we found the perfect fit. She knew what she was talking about and gave great insight on the areas I should avoid and the ones that have the most upside going forward. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
