I had the pleasure of working with Maria for the purchase of my first home. She came recommended by an agent friend as someone who was experienced in the area I was interested in (Plantation/Sunrise). From the outset Maria was everything I had found lacking in other realtors: a caring professional that listened to my wants, recommended listings appropriate to my interests and never-ending patience during the tedious home buying process. Maria never expressed a single moment of frustration, self-interest or attitude even during tense situations with sellers.
When one seller was unresponsive and not cooperating during the contract, Maria was my go-to and she was always available, persistent and unrelenting with the seller. Thanks to her efforts, that contract was nullified due to the sellers action (or inactions) and Maria quickly stepped up the search and found was ultimately became my new home. She assisted with all matters of inspection, insurance, financing, gently recommending vendors she had worked with and showing no attitude when I chose others for whatever reason. She worked well with everyone and was always gracious.
If/when it comes time to find a new home Maria will be the first and hopefully only realtor I need to call.

Dear Maria: thank you for your call to see how I am doing. The move was very tiring but made so much easier thanks to all you did to make it so. Your services to me went far beyond what the average broker would do. You not only devoted a lot of time to me but your suggestions made a long-distance move much easier. I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did in connection with the sale of my condo. I couldn't be any more pleased.
You were well acquainted with the local market and quickly identified the property's best attributes. Using data on comparable sales and listings, you assisted me in choosing what proved to be an appropriate asking price. You also identified the property's blemishes and suggested that I improve its attractiveness by undertaking some wallpaper removal, painting and a few minor repairs.
Where you really went above and beyond the call of duty was in respect of these fix-up items, which presented a considerable potential inconvenience given my location hundreds of miles away. Instead, you suggested a few contractors well known to you, obtained bids, scheduled the work, provided access to the building, and ensured that the jobs were professionally completed. All without any need for me to travel to the property. What a relief.
I was also very happy to have the condo under contract just a few weeks after completing the repairs. Not to mention a quick and smooth closing, again with no need for me to travel.
All in all a great job, Maria! Thank you so very much for the extra effort.

When you get to sell your house use Maria. I could stop here but more.
You and I have been to this rodeo many times and seen good service but rarely does it rise to the level where I take the time to wish it on a good friend.
We interviewed and listened to all the familiar noise. We are personally thankful that we selected Maria.
Could have been a James Bond character (Maria, I mean this in the most in the most respectful and positive way); sweet and professional but deadly effective in a nice way at keeping prospects (and us) focused. She likes to sell, not just show. The real key is no one but Maria answered the phone and she personally ran every open house.
We got the benefit of local brokers and the Sotheby network (our house was sold off a direct hit on the Sotheby’s website).

Maria gave us excellent service and assistance in listing, staging and selling our condo in Pompano Beach.
