Yvette is a third-generation real estate professional, born and raised in Miami, Florida. Shortly after graduating with her Doctorate from the University of Miami, Yvette started buying and selling real estate, diversifying with Airbnbs, long-term rentals, and fix and flips. After 15 years as a Physical Therapist, Yvette transitioned to real estate full-time and never looked back. Yvette prides herself on consistent, timely, and honest communication. She wants her clients to feel like they’re working with a friend, who is committed to them and their best interest. Yvette is extremely data-driven, with a strong grasp of local market trends, bringing valuable industry insights to each transaction. Yvette is happily married with a son and daughter, and lives in the Historic Grandview Heights neighborhood in West Palm Beach. She enjoys Pilates, tennis, paddle-boarding, traveling, and reading.
