12 Apr 2026 Great interpersonal skills. Good communicator with excellent knowledge of the market Yicel’s a very professional, trustworthy, friendly and easily approachable person. Her understanding of the overall market and how best to position the property is second to none. Her awareness of sellers and buyers requirements and wishes is always displayed in her friendly communications style and general attitude . I believe that her aim is always to provide the best value to both sellers and buyers. In my case she has not only advised me on where to make minor improvements but has taken on the responsibilities for the renovations project itself. Dealing/negociating with suppliers, contractors and general workman to present the apartment looking clean, pristine and attractive. This was a tremendous benefit to me as I reside in England and was not able to directly manage/oversee the clearing out and refurbish the apartment. She has done a tremendous job of not only selling the property, but also as making key recommendation's/improvements to the property to improve its appearance/presentation and attractiveness to potential buyers. Diligence paid off! The market was down, the condo rules were oppressive, but Yicel fought the good fight. Yicel diligently marketed our condo via open houses, beautifully written text on Zillow and MLS and hung in there until the right buyer was found. Amazing! Yicel works extremely hard to get the job done. Yicel was tireless in her efforts to sell my unit. Yicel was amazing with flyers open house showings and coaching me for minor improvements and finding contractors and arranging times for them to do the necessary upgrades.
