We were looking for a home in the Melbourne Beach area but were not in the area. Tracy guided us through the process incredibly well. When we arrived at the house after purchasing there were no surprises. She'd captured every detail of the house in her conversations with us and through pictures and videos. We ask a lot of questions. She answered every one of them. If she had to research the answer she did. On top of all that, she didn't disappear after the closing. She stayed with us letting us know about people in the area who could help us. Her recommendations were excellent. I feel so lucky we found Tracy!

Out of several agents that we talked to Tracy stood out as knowledgeable, thoughtful and a good fit for us. We are so glad we chose her because she was extraordinarily helpful in our finding the exact house, in the exact location, that we wanted. Tracy did a lot of very clever things in order to get us a house in the location and at the price we wanted. (We had a very, very, narrow area we were targeting, which required a lot of careful work.). She was thoughtful, very patient, and worked what seemed like all the time to help us.
