Tim Parker did an excellent job in not only finding a house that met my criteria but was with us every step of the way through the whole home buying process. He is knowledgeable, extremely personable and returned phone calls and texts promptly. My wife and I made a lifelong friend beyond the realty business. This is the second review. That in itself is a testimony to the fantastic realtor Tim is. He not only found a house in June but just sold our original house. Again, he was with us each step of the way and continued to communicate and answer questions when necessary and even if it wasn't would contact us just to see if there was anything not covered. He definitely crosses all is T's and dots the I's.

Tim was a huge asset for us to help sell our home. We lived out of state and Tim went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of at our house.
