Never in a million years would I ever imagine that opening my mailbox and picking out a mailer from Suzette would change my life. After 40+ years of living in my dream home, my wife and I decided it was time for us to make our home available to a new owner who will enjoy the home, and the beautiful lake views we have cherished for many years. Not being in the market for a realtor in many years with so many variables to consider left us quite vulnerable. Suzette did a fantastic job marketing our home, even prior to it being listed on MLS. She helped guide us how to properly prepare our home prior to photographs, and her professional photography of our home was realistic yet alluring showcasing the most spectacular offerings, we received many compliments on how the pictures beautifully and accurately depicted our home. She also hosted a Broker's Open ; which generated a great deal of interest and resulted in multiple offers the second day on the market! Because of the multiple offers and Suzette's expert negotiation we were able to sell our home over the list price on our terms in the first week on the market! I live in New York and was confronted with the task of selling my mother's condo in Florida.
