Outstanding experience from start to finish with Sherri Coleman. Locating and purchasing a new home, then the sale of our old home. The anticipated stress of the process actually became an exciting and pleasant experience. All a credit to Sherri and her team. Great advice along the way. Inspections, appointments, financing and closings all went efficiently and professionally.

Where do I begin? There are not enough words to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Sherrie Coleman and her team. She was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish and even beyond closing. I can honestly say that I have made a friend for a lifetime. Sherrie and I met for the first time when I contacted her about a listing she had in Florida in the community that I was interested in. Upon meeting her, we immediately connected and felt like we had known each other for a very long time. Later, I found a home that peeked my interest and quickly contacted her. We asked if she could go to the house listed to preview it for us via FaceTime. Within a few hours, she arranged a meeting with the seller’s agent in order for us to see the house in real time. She took the time to explore every inch of the house with us over the phone. As a result, we made an offer! Sherrie kept in contact with me daily from then on until our closing date. Whenever I had a question, she quickly responded and explained the answer. Although this was an out-of-state purchase, Sherrie made us feel at ease, knowing that the contract and negotiations was in good hands. She sent me a list of potential homes that same day and took us out to see homes in person the very next day. Within less than a week, Sherrie had found us a home we loved, she had negotiated the price down for us, and she had a signed contract from the seller! Even after the contract was signed, she stuck with us every step of the way, called title reps and loan agents for me when I couldn't get ahold of them, and always called or texted me back within 20 minutes if she couldn't pick up when I called. Evenings, weekends, even when she was out of town - she was never out of reach by cell phone. Great experience, we'll never use another agent in Indian River County!

My husband and I ran into Sherrie for the first time at an open house. At that time we had been looking for homes for several months and had been contemplating selling our home but we were a little afraid to put it on the market as the inventory on homes with our specs were low. Jake did a fantastic job helping us find a home and when he found us one he did an even better job at making sure everything was taken care of ( inspection, house keeping, paper work, and more!). Jacob was awesome and arguably one of the best realtors I’ve ever dealt with! Great attitude and always available whenever we needed help or had questions!
