Sean Joseph is a respected leader in South Florida’s real estate industry, known for building cohesive teams and fostering a culture where collaboration and client satisfaction remain the foundation of success. With more than 25 years of executive experience in real estate sales and marketing, Sean has managed major development projects, trained top-producing agents, and consistently delivered results across dynamic and competitive markets.

Most recently, Sean served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Fortune Christie’s International Realty, where he oversaw the Marina Palms office and led the sales efforts for Seven Park, a transformative new development launching in Hallandale Beach in June 2025. Previously, he directed a successful sales team at Compass and held senior leadership positions with El-Ad National Group, Exclusive Waterfront Realty, Breakstone Homes, and Turnberry International Realty.

Throughout his career, Sean has overseen all aspects of large-scale residential development, including marketing strategy, budget management, pricing analysis, design collaboration, broker relations, and public relations for portfolios exceeding $1 billion in value. His leadership, market expertise, and commitment to excellence have earned him a strong reputation throughout South Florida’s luxury real estate market.
