Roz DeGraff brings strong local real estate sales experience and superior expertise in Treasure Coast communities to her clients. As a Treasure Coast top producer since 2002, DeGraff has focused on building her business through excellence in customer service and a tenacious commitment to education. This approach has yielded success for hundreds of home buyers and sellers. She earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2007. CRS agents must meet stringent education and experience requirements. Only 3% of professional agents are Certified Residential Specialists, AKA Residential Real Estate Council. DeGraff has a tremendous passion for the business, for her customers, and a dedication to excellence that makes her an amazing professional. Prior to real estate, DeGraff was with the Delta Air Lines sales and management team for over 16 years in the Miami area. There, she managed Customer Service, Sales, and Training departments to award-winning levels. In addition, she also supervised a program to raise money for many local charitable organizations. In giving back to the Treasure Coast, DeGraff regularly contributes time and funds to Jensen Beach High School sports, music, and other extracurricular activities; Treasure Coast Hospice and Hibiscus Children's Center and a Proud Sponsor of Wisening Women. Through the Premier Charitable fund, Roz has spent many hours volunteering and has been able to contribute to the Charitable fund as a direct result of production closed, thanks to the loyalty of her clients. We originally bought residential property in Sewall's Point and built our home in Castle Hill to fulfill our American Dream,'' said DeGraff. She is currently the Co-Coordinator of Sewall's Point and Captain of the Castle Hill Neighborhood Watch Teams. In addition, she is an Associate/Member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Martin County Chapter 1041. Having assisted in facilitating the Commemorative Bricks sale and installation at Stuart Memorial Park and recently the Military of Purple Heart Memorial at Indian Riverside Park. DeGraff has been married since 1989 to husband Roger, mother to their daughter Whitney who is a Graduate of UCF with a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, and first-time "glammie" to Lucas Henry born 8/28/22, the newest love of her life!
